SQ is Spiritual Intelligence. We believe SQ is a primary skill. Like EQ & IQ (emotional, intellectual intelligence) are essential skills and tools that create healthy interpersonal and professional culture, SQ is the linchpin of the two. Pointing to what our unique signature is, SQ is the key to becoming and fulfilling destiny level purpose. We help clients discover how they may already be operating in SQ, how to embrace, and grow in it.

Method 3: Primal Questions
The Seven Primal Questions developed by author & executive coach Mike Foster is a method that identifies our highest core emotional need called our Apex Question. We all have them. If these apex needs are left unmet, our lives can be a spiral of confusion, insecurity, burnout, & overall render us apathetic, what Mike coins as The Scramble.
